11/18/07 - Can't sleep

Thursday I went to the doctor's for the headaches I've been having. He said it was stress related. Stress? In my life? Nah!

Well, he gave me a prescription for some meds that would help. They do OK. I went to see my friend Mariya today to get a massage. I swear the woman has magic hands. But 7 hours later I wake up with another migraine.

I can't stand this! I have had headaches in the past. I have slammed my head so hard that I had a concussion and the headaches from that were nothing compared to this. I really hate taking pills or meds of any kind. But I can't sleep, not hungry and really want to go for a ride.

Well, maybe these meds will kick in soon and I can get some sleep. I have a lot to do tomorrow and I need to wake up early to go to church.
